Information for issuing a Certificate of Good Standing

• Obtaining an Official Note for the issuing the Certificate from the regional body of the Bulgarian Dental Association (BgDA), of which the dentist is a member if she/he is a member of the body;
• Payment of fee for issuing the Certificate in the amount of 100 BGN to the following bank account:

• Submission of one copy of the Official Note, a copy of the document for the bank transfer and a contact telephone number to the office of the BgDA (Sofia, Vitosha Blvd. No. 12, fl. 6).
• The deadline for issuing the certificate is 7 (seven) working days.
• The ready Certificate is taken in person or by a person who must present a notarized power of attorney.
• The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
