“Communication: The Key to Successful Dental Practice Management” is a specialized training program designed for dental medicine specialists and dental practice owners. This training aims to develop effective communication skills that can be applied both in day-to-day interactions and during challenging situations. By mastering skillful communication, participants can enhance their ability to express themselves, set boundaries in a calm manner, communicate goals and priorities, and effectively influence others.

The training focuses on fostering a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness between feelings, emotions, thoughts, and behavior, and how they can amplify and be managed. Participants will acquire skills to recognize and comprehend the emotions of others, while also gaining control over their own emotions, thereby enhancing their emotional intelligence. Through various techniques and tools provided in the training, participants will cultivate a mindset and intention for fostering collaborative communication, fostering mutual respect within their team and with clients.
