CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DENTAL EXHIBITION, ADVERTISING POSTERS AND COMMERCIAL PRESENTATIONS

19^th Scientific Congress of BgDA

June 06-08, 2019, Burgas – Pomorie, Bulgaria*

 

         Price per m² exhibition hall – 200.00 BGN/m2 (VAT included):

• Stands with branded companies name from 4 m² to 6 m² including 1 pcs low showcase, 3 pcs shelves and 2 chairs;
• Stands with branded companies name from 7 m² to 10 m² including 2 pcs low showcases, 6 pcs shelves, 1 table and 2 chairs;
• Stands with branded companies name from 11 m² to 15 m² including 4 pcs low showcase, 6 pcs shelves, 1 table and 3 chairs;
  • Stands with branded companies name above 16 m² – furnishing at exhibiter’s pre-ordered selection

 

For equipment outside the mentioned above the participant company additionally pays, at the following prices:

 

• Shelf – 00 BGN/pcs (VAT included);
• Low showcase – 30.00 BGN/pcs (VAT included);
• High showcase – 60.00 BGN/pcs (VAT included);
• Table 70 sm/ 70 sm – 20.00 BGN/pcs (VAT included);
• Chair – 6.00 BGN/pcs (VAT included).

 

Check-in on 06.06.2019 г. after 14.00

Check-out on 09.06.2019 г. – from 09.00

 

         Participation with advertising poster in the lecture hall, max. size 2 m² – price 1200 BGN (VAT included);

         Participation with advertising presentation during the scientific program of the Congress with max. duration 20 min. – price 1200 BGN (VAT included). The number is limited;

 Participation with advertising flyers in participant’s congress bags – price 800 BGN (VAT included);

 

 

 

Advertising in the Book of Abstracts issued specially for the 19th Scientific Congress of BgDA with advertisement size A4, full color – price 1200 BGN (VAT included);

Company lecture with product positioning up to 90 min. – price 1800 BGN (VAT included).

 

* The program and organization of the Congress and the Exhibition may be a subject to last minute changes by discretion of the Organizing Committee.
