Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosen Kolarov is a Bulgarian Doctor in Dental Medicine and Dental Surgery. Professor in Medical University – Varna. Assoc. Prof. in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Specialized Imaging Diagnostics. Currently works for the Ministry of Health, Executive Agency “Medical Audit”.

Rosen Kolarov was born on June 10, 1959 in Sofia. He is graduated in Dental Medicine in 1984. He has 4 specialties: Dental surgery, Maxillofacial surgery, General dentistry and Social Medicine and Health Management. Author and co-author of more than 70 scientific publications. He has been cited more than 115 times. Professor in the National Sport Academy “Vasil Levski”.

In August 1990, Assoc. Prof. Kolarov established The Bulgarian branch of SOS Kinderdorf International.

Assoc. Prof. Kolarov is a prominent artist-photographer.

He is a professor at the New Bulgarian University on the subject “Surfaces, structures and detail” and at Sofia University on the subject “General photography”.
